When you meet new person, there are people who look easy because of their first impression, and when they are in school or work, they feel so used that I feel sorry for them. I can't understand why they live like that. Usually, such people are so nice-looking and nice-tempered that they can't refuse other people's favors, but I think this is probably not a good thing but a fool. When you ask people who are being used, there are some people who are angry at themselves, and others who don't even know if they are being used. If you're a student or office worker, and you're being treated like a pushover, let's take some time to give advice to those who want to change your situation.

You must be currently attending school or working. First, change your first impression. If your impression is too nice, you can change the shape of your eyebrows. If someone always asks you for something, please do it with no expression. Unusual impressions and behaviors can make the other person nervous. If you are a student, you don't have to worry about it because the other person is likely to be in the same class. If the other person tries to bully you under the pretext of that, don't dwell too much on it and try to find the right person to be your friend. If you're an office worker and you're worried about the disadvantages of going to the company because the other person is your boss, I'd like to tell you that you're too worried. It's good to live with a smile, but you don't have to force a smile, and if you use it as an excuse to make your company uncomfortable, I don't think it's a long-term company.

It's something in common among those who are treated like a pushover. I don't know how to say no when someone asks me a favor. If you don't want to do it, you don't want to do it. Too much work is too much. You have to be clear about your intentions. If you don't express your intention, I think the person who does it can do it, so I think he or she keeps doing it, and I think he or she doesn't have any complaints. If you have made it clear to the other person that you don't want to do it, but he or she continues to do so, it is right to treat yourself like a pushover. In this case, you should find someone who can solve your complaint and ask for help, or if this doesn't solve it, you should think about coming out of the organization. If you are an office worker, the situation is a little different. You shouldn't just say that you don't want to do what your boss tells you to do because you're in bad shape on that day because you get paid what you are asked to do. Then how can you tell if your company is treating you like a pushover? You can see if the person who asks you to do something makes you do personal or company-related work. Here's an extreme example. If your boss is going somewhere with his family on the weekend and asks you to give him a ride there, he's treating you as a pushover. If the boss asks for a reason that is understandable, he or she can do it or refuse it, but if he or she continues to do the other person's personal things every time he or she sees it, the other person is treating him or her as a pushover. In this case, you should make a decision to quit the company.

This is what I would like to say to current office workers. Usually, bosses in the company tend to give more work to people who are good at work. Even if you joined the company in the same year, your level of work can't help but be different because your skills are all different. If you've been working for more than five years and you've done more work each year than your co-worker, and you're still working more often, you don't have to look better at the company. Because he's not getting recognized. To put it bluntly, these companies tend to push people who are better at their jobs, so if they are good at their jobs, they are more likely to be assigned more jobs than their colleagues. That's why you have to be careful when you work. However, if the company recognizes and rewards you for more effort and performance than those who joined the company the same year, you will have to work hard to achieve the best results every time you do what you do. 

This applies to everyone, whether they are friends or coworkers. In life, there are some people who don't pay for every time they meet, or they don't say a word of thanks for nothing, or they just want to say thank you. Tell these people directly that you pay for it today. If the other party has no money, or when he or she says "I didn't bring my wallet," I'm glad you didn't think that you were a pushover, but if you think the other person treats you as a pushover, I think it's better to stop seeing each other.

You Know Yourself The Best..

You know best about yourself. If you think you're being treated like a pushover, think about why. Is your impression so nice? You've never rejected a request from someone? If you've done a cause analysis, try it the way I listed above to solve it. If the other person is really treating you like a pushover, you should think about not seeing him anymore.

You've heard that you will have a stomachache if your cousin buys land, right? You are not happy with someone close to you if he or she is successful because of envy and jealousy. Are there people around you or your friends who say that you're doing well, and that you're not that great, rather than sarcastic or complimenting you'really? In my case, when I see people like that, I don't get in touch with them ever since. It's because living with such people for a long time is more harmful than beneficial to me. Moreover, there are a lot of people who want others to fail rather than wish others success, and there are a lot of people who live in a sense of superiority that they are better than others.

Why do envy and jealousy arise? Usually, people who think successful people are similar to them are popular all of a sudden, but people who are jealousy often happen to be in the same place. Even so, if you are really a friend and think of yourself, they congratulate you and rejoice together rather than envy you. Also, there are people who are jealous when they see what goes well with everyone else. That's why there are people on the Internet who compliment and celebrate when someone says it's good, while there are people who are busy posting malicious comments and cutting it down. When I see people like that, I feel pathetic and sometimes I don't understand why they waste their time.

I think blessings come and go depending on how much you give and how much you have in mind. If a person is happy as if he or she is doing well, he or she will be happy as if he or she is successful and if he or she is not, the relationship with him would have ended before.

I've been told many times to see who stays with you when you fail to distinguish between true friends. When we succeeded, people who didn't contact us once called us to buy food, people who asked for help, and so on. There are people who call us if they've had a brief relationship. On the other hand, if you fail, people around you will not be able to contact you often or avoid you. So when people fail, they often say that the person who stays with them until the end is a true friend. But I understand that it's better to stop seeing each other if you think that someone who fails is a disaster and there's no hope in the future.

That's what I said earlier. Man leaves alone when he dies. It's sad to hear this, but it's more sad because it's true. There are many situations in which I feel skeptical about human relationships, but as I said above, I think it's because we feel sad about each other in the process of success and failure in our lives. There are people who like to have a lot of people around them, and there are people who live with the thought that only a few really close people are needed. I think it's because people who think like the latter feel tired in their relationships.

The year 2020 seems to be a year of hardship for the entire nation. In particular, employers in South Korea have been struggling with a sharp minimum wage hike and internal and external economic conditions, but as the Covid-19 was hit directly by the nuclear fist, self-employed people complain that it is harder than any of global economic impacts, and as the number of closures increases, the rate of closure and unemployment is growing frighteningly. As a result, the South Korean government paid emergency disaster assistance to the entire nation. At the end of August 2020, if the number of people who are Covid-19 positive is soaring, the government is even considering the second emergency disaster support fund.

Since Covid-19 is global pandemic and the first disease ever came out, each nation is struggling and fighting against this disease to minimize the impacts.

South Korean government have implemented social distancing, and it is divided by three levels depending on number of people who are affected by Covid-19 for certain period. I will discuss how Covid-19 affect business in Korea, and I believe its effect on business is similar to any nation.

Social Distancing

In society as a whole, social distinctions are the best way to prevent the spread of Covid-19, and no one will oppose it. Social distance from the business's perspective seems to be death sentence. First of all, since social distance is divided into three stages, let's take turns and see what's there.

Social Distance Step 1

In the first phase of social distance, groups and meetings are allowed as long as they comply with the quarantine rules. Sports events may limit the number of attendees, and multi-facilities may be allowed to operate regardless of the public or private sector, but may be restricted if necessary. Schools, kindergartens, and daycare centers are allowed but should also consider remote classes, and the company should minimize the concentration of work by utilizing flexible telecommuting.

From the first stage of social distance, we can expect multiple businesses to be hit. For example, if you're a restaurant owner near a company, even if companies work from home, fewer regulars come to work during lunchtime, and even if they know that Covid-19 is dangerous in closed space, they're reluctant to go to the restaurant, which will directly hit the restaurant's sales.

To do the social distance step 1, the daily number of confirmed patients should be less than 50.

Social Distance Step 2

In the second stage of social distance, gatherings, and events of 50 or more indoor and 100 outdoor people are prohibited. Sports events are conducted without regard, public multi-purpose facilities are suspended, high-risk facilities among private multi-purpose facilities are suspended, and other facilities are forced to comply with quarantine rules. In the case of schools, kindergartens, and daycare centers, the number of students attending school is reduced and remote classes are conducted, and the company should limit the number of employees more than the first stage of social distance.

The business owners will be hit harder than phase one.

In order to do stage 2 of social distance, the daily confirmed number of people should be 50 or less than 100.

Social Distance Step 3

In the third stage of social distance, gatherings, and events of 10 or more people are prohibited. It's the highest level of social distance, so it's a very strong response. Sports events are suspended, public multi-purpose facilities are suspended, high-risk facilities are suspended, and other facilities are forced to comply with quarantine rules. In the case of schools, kindergartens, and daycare centers, they close or take remote classes, and the company must work from home except for the required number of people.

Business operators are thus facing a risk of closing their businesses, which will be hit harder than the first and second phases. As a result, there are voices calling for the implementation of the second emergency relief fund immediately if the third stage of social distance is implemented.

In order to do stage 3 of social distance, if doubling occurs twice a week with a daily confirmed number of 100 to 200 people for two weeks, step 3 of social distance will be considered. Doubling here refers to more than twice a week when the daily confirmed number of patients doubles.

Even if social distinctions are applied, employers may be excluded if their businesses are classified as essential industries. For example, if you're in a business that's essential to life, just as people can't live without air or water, no matter how much Covid-19, if certain essential industries stop, it's an exception because it's a big blow to the lives of the entire nation. That doesn't mean business owners who operate essential industries can neglect the quarantine rules. 

When will Covid-19 end? Most people agree, but the Covid-19 will not end in a short period of time, and business owners should think of it as a long-term war and prepare for it. All over the world, we're working on the Covid-19 vaccine. Russia claims to have already developed the Covid-19 vaccine. However, even if Covid-19 vaccines are developed, distributed, or imported in Korea, most people will likely refuse to be vaccinated. It's the first disease in history, so how reliable can people be as it has been prepared, developed, and came out to market so quickly? Like flu shots, it will take a really long time for a Covid-19 vaccine to gain national trust, so this situation could last for years without really ending in a few months. As the amount of damage and duration that businesses have to bear is enormous, businessmen have to think a lot about how to survive this situation.

Fourth Industrial Revolution

So far, the Industrial Revolution has faced whether humans want it or not, and those who respond well and take advantage of it have accumulated great wealth, and those who don't have it have experienced failure due to competition. Fourth Industrial Revolution Prior to the Covid-19 crisis, industry leaders have been talking about the Fourth Industrial Revolution, and Covid-19 is accelerating the Fourth Industrial Revolution. With various technologies including artificial intelligence (AI) enabling non-face-to-face and people taking non-face-to-face for granted, Covid-19 has forced companies to do so in the industry, and in the aftermath of Covid-19, the fourth industrial revolution will begin in earnest, and business sectors that are out of date will fall behind in competition.

The ground hardens after the rain...

In the past, I used to watch YouTube videos without thinking about it, but I was surprised by the salary of YouTubers, wondering how they would make such a high income, and I found out why YouTubers ask for likes, subscriptions, and alarm settings in each video. As people watch less TV and watch more YouTube, competition among YouTubers become intense. As a result, people need to stand out among YouTubers to subscribe to their channels and watch videos, which sometimes make people frown by uploading provocative and exaggerated videos. Due to suspicions, several YouTubers have announced their suspension. There are many businessmen who use YouTube as a way to promote their business, and I'll talk about the pros and cons of YouTube as a marketing tool.

In my opinion, the basis of all aspects, whether it's human relations or business, is honesty. Of course, those who start their own business face a lot of temptations for rapid growth and maximum revenue generation, and one of them is to use hype to initially attract customers' attention and generate revenue and grow in a short time. In this regard, YouTube is a really helpful tool. But there's also the downside that you can lose as quickly as you can get the attention of many people in real time. That's why serious hype often loses the customer's trust for a long time and ends up failing. The same goes for YouTube. There are often YouTubers who try to become popular through provocative videos and exaggerations to attract a lot of viewers in a short time, but sometimes they are on the verge of collapse when the reality is revealed. I feel very sorry about that. The same goes for the sense of incompatibility. As the saying goes, "If a cousin buys land, his stomach hurts." If a person who has no connection with his or her bloodline is boasting through luxury or exaggeration, there will be many people who hate him. Moderate luxury and bragging will be a healthy focus on YouTube revenue, but excessive luxury and bragging will eventually have the long time subscribers leave. The same goes for YouTubers who promote their business or products through YouTube. Because YouTube has such a high impact, there are often businessmen who use YouTube as a marketing tool, and if they don't use it well, not only YouTube but also their main business can be hit hard.

2020년은 정말 전 국민이 고생하고 힘든 한 해인 것 같습니다. 특히

사업주 입장에서는 급격한 최저임금 인상과 대내외적 경제사항

때문에 고생을 하고 있었는데 코로나라는 핵주먹을 직격탄으로

맞으면서 자영업자들은 IMF 때 보다도 더 힘들다고 하소연하고

있고 못 버티고 줄폐업이 늘어나면서 폐업율과 실업율이 무서울

정도로 증가하고 있습니다. 그에따라 정부는 긴급재난지원금을 전

국민에게 지급하였고 코로나 확진자가 급등하고 있는 2020년 8월

말. 2차 긴급재난지원금까지 이야기가 나오고 있습니다.  

사회적 거리 두기

사회 전체로 보았을 때 사회적 거리 두기는 코로나 확산을 막기위한

최선의 방안이고 이를두고 반대하는 분들은 없을 것입니다.

사업자입장에서 사회적 거리 두기는 거의 사망선고나 다름이

없는데요. 우선 사회적 거리 두기가 3단계로 나뉘어져있는 만큼

차례대로 어떤 것들이 있는지 알아보도록 하겠습니다.

사회적 거리 두기 1단계

 사회적 거리 두기 1단계에서는 방역수칙을 준수하는한 집합 및

모임 행사를 허용합니다. 스포츠행사는 참석 관중 수 제한을 하고

다중시설은 공공 및 민간 상관없이 운영은 허용하되 필요 시

제한이 될 수 있습니다. 학교, 유치원, 어린이집 같은 경우 등교

및 원격수업이 가능하며 회사는 유연한 재택근무 등을 활용하여

근무밀집도를 최소화해야 합니다. 

사회적 거리 두기 1단계부터 다방면의 사업자들이 타격을 받는

것을 예상할 수 있습니다. 예를들어 회사 근처 식당을 영업하시는

분이시라면 회사들이 재택근무를 함에 따라 점심시간에 오던

단골손님들이 줄어들고 단골손님들이 출근을 했다고한들

코로나가 폐쇄공간에서 위험하다는 것을 알기에 단골손님들도

식당 가는 것을 꺼려하며 이는 식당의 매출에 직격탄을 맞을 겁니다.  

사회적 거리 두기 1단계를 하기 위해서는 2주간 일일 확진자 수가

50명 미만일때 사회적 거리 두기 1단계를 합니다.  

사회적 거리 두기 2단계

사회적 거리 두기 2단계에서는 실내 50인 그리고 실외 100인 이상

모이는 집합, 모임, 행사가 금지됩니다. 스포츠 행사는 무관중으로

이뤄지고 공공다중시설은 운영이 중단되며 민간다중시설 중

고위험시설은 운영이 중단되고 그 외 시설은 방역수칙 준수를

강제화 합니다. 학교, 유치원, 어린이집 같은 경우 등교인원을

축소하고 원격수업을 하며 회사는 사회적 거리 두기 1단계 보다

근무인원을 더 제한해야 합니다.   

사업자들은 이에따라 1단계보다 더 타격을 받게 됩니다.  

사회적 거리 두기 2단계를 하기 위해서는 2주간 일일 확진자 수가

50명이상 100명 미만일때 사회적 거리 두기 2단계를 합니다.  

사회적 거리 두기 3단계

사회적 거리 두기 3단계에서는 10인 이상 모이는 집합, 모임, 행사가

금지됩니다. 사회적 거리 두기 중 가장 높은 단계이므로 초강경

대응을 하는 것이죠. 스포츠 행사는 중지가 되고 공공다중시설은

운영이 중단되며 민간다중시설은 고위험시설은 운영이 중단되고 그

외 시설은 방역수칙 준수를 강제화 합니다. 학교, 유치원, 어린이집

같은 경우 휴업을 하거나 원격수업을 하며 회사는 필수인원 외 전원

재택근무를 해야 합니다.   

사업자들은 이에따라 1, 2단계보다 더 큰 경제적 타격을 받고 줄 폐업

할 위기를 맡게 됩니다. 이에따라 사회적 거리 두기 3단계가

시행되면 2차 긴급재난지원금을 바로 시행해야 한다는 목소리가

나오는 것이죠.  

사회적 거리 두기 3단계를 하기 위해서는 2주간 일일 확진자 수가

100~200명이상 주 2회 더블링이 발생 시 사회적 거리 두기 3단계를

합니다. 여기서 말하는 더블링 (Doubling)이란 일일 확진환자 수가

2배로 증가하는 경우가 1주일 이내에 2회 이상 발생하는 것을

말합니다.  

사회적 거리 두기가 적용이 되더라도 사업주분들이 하는 사업이

필수산업으로 분류가 되면 예외적으로 제외가 되기도 합니다.

예를들어 사람들이 공기나 물이 없으면 살수가 없는 것처럼 삶에

있어서 꼭 필요한 사업을 하시는 분들이라면 아무리 코로나라고 한들

특정 필수산업이 멈추면 전 국민 삶에 큰 타격을 주기 때문에 예외로

해주는 것입니다. 그렇다고해서 방역수칙을 소홀히 하라는 것은

아닙니다. 어느 산업 및 시설이나 코로나 위험에 노출이 되어있기

때문에 조심을 해야 합니다.   

코로나가 언제 종식이 될까요? 대부분의 사람들이 동의하는

사실이지만 단기간에 코로나가 종식되지 않을 것이며 이에대한

대비를 사업자들이 장기전으로 생각하고 준비를 해야 합니다. 

전 세계적으로 코로나 백신 개발에 열을 올리고 있습니다.

러시아에서는 벌써 코로나 백신을 개발했다고 주장하고 있고요. 다만

코로나 백신이 한국내에서 개발되어 유통이되거나 수입을 한다고

하더라도 대부분의 사람들이 백신 접종을 거부할 가능성이 많을

것이라는 겁니다. 아무래도 사상 최초로 발생된 질병이고 그에 따라

급하게 준비하고 개발하여 시장에 내놓은 백신을 얼마나 국민들이

신뢰할 수 있을까요? 독감 예방접종 처럼 코로나 백신이 전 국민적

신뢰를 얻기까지는 정말 긴 시간이 필요한 만큼 이런 시국이 정말 몇

달안에 종식되지 않고 몇 년간 지속이 될 수도 있습니다. 그 만큼

사업자들이 부담해야할 피해액과 기간이 어마어마한 만큼 사업가

분들은 어떻게 이 시국을 버텨내고 이겨나갈지 고민을 많이 해야

합니다.

찾아가실 때는 네비에 북악팔각정 주차장을 찍고 가시면 됩니다.

유료주차장인데 제가 갈 때마다 주차공간이 부족하지는 않았습니다.

주차장이 팔각정에 있기 때문에 걷는 것을 별로 좋아하지 않는

분들은 팔각정을 좋아하실 것 같습니다. 팔각정에서 원형으로

걸으며 감상하는 서울 야경은 정말 아름다우며 서울 내에서도

각 지역별 특징을 볼 수 있습니다. 아무래도 위치가 경복궁 근처이니

연인과 경복궁을 걷고 저녁을 먹은다음 소화도 시킬겸 팔각정에서

야경을 감상하는 것을 추천드립니다. 

2. 남산타워

서울에서 야경하면 남산타워도 빠질수 없죠? 서울 주변을 드라이브

하면 꼭 보이는 곳. 네 남산서울타워입니다. 유명한 만큼

관광객들도 정말 많은데요. 야경은 일품이지만 단점은 차가

남산서울타워까지 못 올라갑니다. 그래서 남산서울타워 밑에서

주차를 한다음 케이블카나 버스를 타고 올라가야 합니다. 반대로

내려올 때도 케이블카나 버스를 타고 내려와야 합니다. 주차를

하고 택시를 잡는다고 할지라도 남산타워까지 가거나 택시를

타고 내려올 수 없습니다. 

남산타워 공식 홈페이지에 가시면 커플을 위한 데이트 코스가

나와있는데요. 그대로 따라 하시는 것도 좋은 추억을 만들 수

 있습니다.  

남산타워는 명동, 이태원, 용산과 가까워 그 날 분위기에 따라 

명동, 이태원, 용산 중 한 곳도 같이 방문드리는 것을

추천드립니다. 

3. 강변북로 & 올림픽대로

특정 장소를 갈 필요 없이 그냥 일몰 때 강변북로 혹은

올림픽대로를 따라 달리면서 서울의 야경을 즐기는 것도

일품입니다. 사실 조금 늦게 퇴근 하는 직장인들 같은 경우 지친

몸을 이끌고 매 번 빨리 퇴근을 하느라 정신이 없는데요. 조금의

마음의 여유를 같고 강변북로 혹은 올림픽대로를 달리며 주변을

살피는 여유를 가지면 서울의 모습이 얼마나 이쁘고 멋있는지

느끼실 수 있습니다. 매 번 다니는 출퇴근 길인데 조금의 여유로 

서울 야경이 달라보이는데 연인과 같이 즐기면 그렇게 이쁠

수가 없겠죠? 

야경은 더 로맨틱한 분위기를 만들어 낸다...

 연인들이 야경을 보러가는 이유는 로맨틱한 분위기 때문이 아닐까
생각됩니다. 밤 하늘에 서울 빌딩 숲에서 나오는 불빛은 낭만적인
분위기를 만들어내는데 충분하죠. 제가 소개해드린 위 3 곳
