Social Life

Today, I will talk about relationship and social life. Human beings have no choice but to live in society whether they want it or not - Unless you live alone in the mountain or on a deserted island. Most people go to kindergarten, elementary school, middle, high and college, and work. Throughout this long journey, they form relationship with many other people.

For a long time, you'll have a social life that you don't want or want. Today, I am going to talk about human relationships from the perspective of a particular group, worker and business owners.

 

Worker

Most high school or college students graduate and prepare for the future by preparing for employment at a private or a public enterprises and professional jobs. And when you pass, you go into your own organization and form another human relationship. There are places where you have a lot of opportunities to socialize and places where you don't have any opportunity to socialize. Do you have to attend and have a good relationship? Is this a good social life? I'm sure many people in their 20s and 30s agree, but if you're not a government official, professional, or an employee at the best company in the industry you want, you often change jobs for better conditions and environment in a short time. So after you become an office worker, you feel skeptical about your relationships and say that they are useless. What's more, it's true that after you become an office worker, you've had a busy day every day, and you've become so selfish that you're more and more concerned with relationships that you're skeptical about human relationships.

So, How Should Workers Form a Relationship? 

Depending on how much you want to succeed, the answer will likely vary. It doesn't matter what field you're in, whether you're a civil servant, office worker, or professional. For example, if you are a civil servant and want to go further to the higher level and become a vice minister or minister, will it be possible with your ability? If you're working for a private or public company, it's the same as being a director, managing director, executive vice president, etc. What about accountants or lawyers among professionals? If you are considering to open a business later on, or an accounting firm or a law firm, relationship is the must.
If you are a partner, relationship with other people is critical to sell in a variety of ways, not just in-house relationships, but in order to bring in clients. How about a doctor? The same goes for doctors. If you want to be a professor at a university hospital, of course, you have to have good relationships and social life in your hospital, and if you don't want to fall behind your field of practice, relationships are essential to acquire new knowledge.

What If I am Not Interested in Success Nor Wealth???  

You don't have to think seriously about relationships and social life. However, if you are an ordinary office worker, it doesn't matter if your skills are certain enough to be recognized by the company and if you're sure where you're going to move, then you need to form an in-house relationship so that you won't get fired.

Businessman

Human relationships and social life are essential for business operators. This is common all over the world. More and more office workers are opening their own businesses. You can study alone to acquire knowledge, such as tax management, etc., but in order to quickly acquire tax laws that change every year, it is better to know people in various ways. The situation in many other countries is the same. If you know someone there, you'll know how helpful it is to go overseas. The same goes for professionals. If you want to expand your business not only in your area of expertise but also in related industries, it's important to have relationships with people in many ways.

Relationship is Must..

If you want to succeed in a certain field and want to be successful, relationships are essential. Although it will become more automated and there will be fewer areas of human involvement in the future, human relationships are essential because any decisions or outcomes that people engage in have a lot of influence on the relationship between people's relationships. However, if it is too deeply related, it can be a problem, and if it is a relationship between "customer" and "seller", it is important to establish a concrete human relationship because the person in the position of "customer" can be quite tired because "seller" knows each other, but it is also very important to manage it.
